It is our pleasure to invite you to the following seminar by Dr. Shuping Dang from University of Bristol.
All are welcome to attend.

Title:

6G Wireless Research: New Opportunities and Challenges

Abstract:

In this talk, I will share my vision of 6G communications and the new research opportunities and challenges associated. In particular, several key enabling techniques for 6G communications in the physical layer will be discussed. Special attention will be paid to how artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) can benefit 6G communications, including four types of research problems in wireless communications that can be well addressed by AI/ML as well as the new challenges that are worth attention when applying AI/ML for upgrading communication systems.
The talk will also discuss some opportunities and challenges beyond wireless technology per se but highly related to the success of wireless research and next-generation network implementation.
