MEXT Scholarship (University Recommendation)
This year, the informatics program will not be accepting applications for this selection.
SOKENDAI will recommend for the MEXT Scholarship academically outstanding individuals who are considered to be in need of a scholarship.
The applicant must hold a nationality of a country that is specified by MEXT.
The applicant who holds Japanese citizenship or a nationality of a country that is not specified by MEXT at the time of application is not eligible.

Method of Selection
Online interview will be implemented after the application.
* Make sure to contact a faculty member of the Informatics Program
whom you'd like to study under before preparing the application documents. (→Preliminary consultation)
* Applicants are required to use a presentation material for the interview. Please prepare and send the material to the prospective academic advisor in prior to the interview.
* Applicants will be separately informed of additional selection details after their documents have been submitted.
