Research Facilities
Students at the Informatics Program are conducting the research and study in the National Center of Sciences, in which NII is located. Most facilities required to implement research are provided by NII, and each student's personal equipment such as computers is organized through the student's supervisor.

Libraries
The library of NII is a specialized on informatics that collect scientific books and journal articles related to informatics. The Central library of Meiji University which is located near by is also available by bilateral agreement.

Around NII
The National Center of Sciences is located in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. Near by there are the Imperial Palace and Kitanomaru Park with the Nippon Budokan Arena, and a plenty of natural environments are remaining. Also, there is near by Jimbocho, which is famous as a town of book shops, and also Tokyo Station, Tokyo Dome City, and Akihabara Electric Town are easily accessible.
